Earlier this year this United Kingdom band, Dog Is Dead, caught my eye but I couldn't find any of their music. I think I was searching incorrectly because it was as if fate wanted me to find them again when I saw their Burberry Acoustic video via my friend's page. The video was beautifully done, shot in their hometown, Nottingham. They have a sweeter sound than Two Door Cinema Club but the pop rock part is something that is definitely there. I also have to mention their harmonies. I think that's what got me. I love it and I want more. You can get their 'Confessions EP' free when you sign to their e-mail list here.
